is jesus enough

Dear MVFF Family: Is Jesus enough for me? May that question continue to stir our hearts until each of us can answer it with a sincere and unequivocal "YES"!

I am so excited about pursuing Jesus together with you all, and about the transformation He's going to bring to my life and yours as we pant after Him like a deer pants for water. As a follow-up to today's message, I'd like to ask everyone to study the following two passages of Scripture this week: Philippians 3:4-15 and Mark 10:17-31. While I preached on these two passages of Scripture today, I encourage you to meditate on them yourselves and ask the Holy Spirit to speak to you and teach you concerning them. Next Sunday, I'd like to ask a few of you to share what else you may've gleaned from these passages of Scripture. So, please e-mail me this week if you have something you'd like to share!
