One of the primary ways we seek to fulfill our mission is by intentionally developing leaders within the church. We are passionate about helping people follow the lead of Isaiah and answer God with, "Here am I, send me" (Isaiah 6:8). We take seriously Jesus's command for us to ask the Lord to send more people into the harvest, and we are committed to raising up harvest laborers.
